My approach to change involves listening to all the parts of you, starting with the part that wants something different and better, so that we can work together to address what gets in the way. I'm a firm believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship to transform my clients' experiences of themselves, their relationships, and their lives.

I work with adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and group sessions. My experience includes psychotherapy with families and relationships in crisis, outpatient behavioral health treatment, and social services program development.
